  • Internal shoulder rotation - using an elastic exercise band attached to the wall or around a poll, grip the band and, with the arm furthest from the band while standing perpendicular to the wall, pull from one side of your body to the next. Repeat this for seven repetitions and repeat with your other arm

  • Scapula setting - lying down flat on your stomach, gently push your shoulder blades together down your back as much as possible for yourself, set them back to their original position, and repeat for a total of 8 repetitions
